Why diets don't work?
Diets do not teach us how to change our lifestyles. This is why people cannot maintain their weight loss once it has occurs. Diets teach deprivation or the eating of specialty type diet foods, and because of this, we cannot possibly stay on it

Dieting and restricting our bodies of proper nutrition will affect our metabolism. After all, our bodies will not let us starve. Eating less food actually makes it really hard to lose weight. Our bodies will hold onto the weight to survive. The metabolic rate will slow down, and our bodies will store any incoming fat in our fat cells to make sure there is a reserve for the next time you go on a starvation diet. So basically, it stores your fat to be used at a later time

Diets do not address the real problem. Diets do not teach us what the underlying problem to our overeating is. Some people eat for emotional reasons. Boredom, anger, and depression can all be reasons why we. If we do not find out what the real problem is, we will go back to our overeating habits.

Absolutely. Sometimes it is very hard to break traditional habits. You can get great results eating 3 meals a day. For some people eating smaller more frequent meals is a great strategy.

Can I continue to eat my white powdered sugar doughnuts?
Yes, you sure can. You have lots of choices when you finally choose to give up the diet pattern. There are no bad foods! We just learn to eat them in moderation, and we learn to not feel guilty when we eat them. The hunger healing section includes all the tools that you will need to help you deal with your emotional eating problems.

Why the sense of humor?
Why not? Diet Freedom takes permanent weight loss very seriously, however, humor is a great motivator and healing tool. It has been known to help people who are going through all kinds of difficulties.

What does PCF stand for?
PCF stands for proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. It is important for us to include the right amount of these nutrients within your eating strategy. The right balance is extremely important for weight loss.

If I stand upside down, will my fat shift locations?
Probably not, so don’t try it. The only thing you will shift is your blood flow, and maybe a couple of disks in your back. This is one of the good reasons why we have "myths, myths, and more myths" section on our site.
